It is becoming more popular to release doves as a symbol of love and ‘freedom’. We used doves to make a memorable opening ceremony when the Lord Mayor of Birmingham came to open our new premises in Sutton Coldfield. People remember the gesture and spirits are lifted by this unique event.
Similarly, balloon releasing is increasingly popular and has similar impact on people’s spirits.
